I’m Emma! If you’re here, you’re probably ready to take on one of the most exciting—and competitive—industries out there: medical sales. I know firsthand how hard it can be to break in because I’ve been there myself.

I didn’t start my career in medical sales. Right after graduating college, I spent years working in staffing, helping people land jobs in various fields in the medical device industry. I learned how the hiring process really works—the ins, the outs, and the way to make candidates shine. But I kept feeling a draw to be in medical device myself. I wanted something more challenging, a career where I could help people, make a difference, and be rewarded for the hard work. Medical sales ticked all the boxes, so I went all in.

My journey into medical sales wasn’t an easy one. It was a long, often frustrating process filled with rejections and obstacles. I didn’t just apply to a few roles and wait for the magic to happen. I had to learn how to stand out, and let’s be honest—I needed a coach of my own to help me sharpen my strategy. With guidance, hard work, and resilience, I went from barely getting responses on applications to juggling multiple job offers. That experience taught me a lot, and it was the start of what I now do for my clients every day.

So, why am I here? I know the struggles, and I know the strategy that works. I take everything I learned the hard way to help you shortcut the process and break into this rewarding field faster. When I’m Not Helping People Land Medical Sales Roles…

I’m working in my own medical device job in surgical sales. But when I’m not working, I’m probably out exploring Bend, Oregon, hanging out with my boyfriend, friends, and of course, my dog Ollie and cat Rico. I love to travel and get lost in all the outdoor adventures the world has to offer.
